MAJOR GENERAL J. JONGKOLNEE CHUEANAI (Retired Government Official Advisor, Thai Human Capital Strategy Institute) Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee I still remember the first time I saw Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee very clearly, even though at that time we had never met personally. I first encountered her through a public peace campaign displayed on public buses. At that time, she was simply an ordinary woman who had not yet gained fame or public recognition. She had no large organization or institution standing behind her. What made me stop and take notice, however, was not merely the advertisement itself, but the extraordinary courage of one woman who publicly declared that Thailand could overcome conflict through love, compassion, forgiveness, and the reconciliation of its people. This message emerged during a period when Thailand was facing a severe political crisis and deep social division. Many people were concerned that, without mutual understanding and reconciliation, the country could suffer significant loss and hardship. At that time, both my husband and I were serving the country in roles related to national security. We therefore understood the seriousness of the situation very well. We also recognized that if the conflict continued without a genuine path toward reconciliation, it would have profound consequences for the stability of the nation and the peace and well-being of its people. My husband was among those who had the opportunity to work with Dr. Yingrudee during the early stages of advancing reconciliation initiatives in Thailand. Through working closely with her, he witnessed her determination, dedication, and unwavering commitment to developing knowledge and practical approaches that could meaningfully strengthen peace, unity, and mutual understanding within Thai society. Approximately four years later, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Yingrudee personally at a professional seminar. From that time onward, I followed her meetings, strategic planning, and the work of the Thai Human Capital Strategy Institute, which she founded to continuously advance the development of human capital, intellectual capital, and the potential of the nation. What impressed me most was her ability to apply the Royal Science and the royal initiatives of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, particularly through the principle of “Continuing, Preserving, and Further Developing.” She has applied these principles as a framework for sustainable human development, with the aim of creating national stability, balance, and sustainability through the development of people. Over a period of approximately four to five years, Dr. Yingrudee was invited to serve as a speaker and trainer, sharing knowledge in Thai Human Capital Strategy and the Building Thailand Initiative through leadership development programs, Train-the-Trainer programs, and Royal Volunteer activities. These initiatives have played an important role in developing leaders and human resources who are prepared to dedicate themselves to the nation and society. Having followed her work continuously for many years, I have come to see Dr. Yingrudee as a visionary leader with strong moral principles, extensive knowledge, and genuine compassion. She possesses an exceptional ability to integrate knowledge from diverse disciplines with practical experience, transforming academic concepts into initiatives that create tangible benefits for people, communities, and the nation. Throughout more than three decades of dedicated service, her mission has continually evolved—from human capital development and national-level strategic planning, to peacebuilding, leadership development, holistic well-being, and ultimately to a global vision under the philosophy of MasterPeace – Heaven on Earth – One World Family. This reflects her lifelong commitment to promoting a culture of peace, human dignity, and our shared responsibility as members of humanity. Based on my personal experience of knowing Dr. Yingrudee and following her work, I express my fullest confidence in her integrity, leadership, dedication, and vision. I firmly believe that she possesses the qualities, capabilities, and international perspective to represent Thailand with distinction and to make meaningful contributions to world peace, human development, and international cooperation. It is a great honor for me to write this letter of endorsement in support of Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee. I firmly believe that her lifelong commitment to serving humanity will continue to benefit both Thailand and the international community, while inspiring people from every nation to work together to build a culture of peace and a future founded upon human dignity, compassion, sustainable development, and our shared humanity. With the highest respect,

Respectfully yours,

WONGWIT SUTHIPONG (Journalist covering the Royal Household, Military Affairs, and Politics) A Person Who Transforms Vision into Action for the Nation and Humanity For more than 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee in my capacity as a journalist covering the Royal Household, military affairs, and politics. During this time, I have closely followed and witnessed her work in a wide range of roles, including policy development, project management, human capital development, public communication, partnership building, and initiatives undertaken for the benefit of the nation and society. My experience over these many years has shown me that Dr. Yingrudee is not merely a person with strong academic knowledge and expertise. She is someone who possesses a remarkable ability to connect “vision” with “action” in tangible and meaningful ways. She can transform strategic concepts into practical plans, projects, and systems of work that can be implemented effectively and generate tangible benefits for people, society, and the nation. What distinguishes Dr. Yingrudee from many others is the breadth and depth of her knowledge, combined with her ability to integrate knowledge from diverse disciplines—including economics, management, knowledge management, human capital development, communications, Thai culture, social development, and holistic well-being—into a distinctive framework that can be practically applied at the individual, organizational, national, and international levels. Throughout the missions we have undertaken together, I have witnessed her unwavering devotion to the Nation, Religion, and Monarchy, as well as her firm determination to use her knowledge and experience to strengthen love, unity, and reconciliation among the Thai people. She does this through developing people's potential, fostering public consciousness, and connecting cooperation among government agencies, the private sector, civil society, and local communities for the benefit of the common good. In my view, Dr. Yingrudee is an accomplished national development strategist with exceptional Systems Thinking capabilities. She is able to recognize the interconnectedness of economic, social, cultural, educational, environmental, technological, and human-development factors, and to design development approaches that are balanced, sustainable, and aligned with Thailand's long-term context. One of the initiatives that clearly reflects this vision is the concept of “Thai Human Capital,” which seeks to elevate cultural capital, local wisdom, and the unique identities of each province into economic and social capital. The concept creates opportunities for people to become more self-reliant, develop livelihoods, increase income, and improve their quality of life based on the resources and strengths they already possess. I believe this is a highly valuable approach to national development and to strengthening communities from the grassroots upward. In addition to her expertise in strategic planning, Dr. Yingrudee has exceptional capabilities in designing large-scale development projects—from situation analysis and the establishment of visions, objectives, and indicators, to implementation planning, stakeholder management, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation. As a result, the projects she designs are both academically sound and practically implementable. Another quality I greatly admire is her ability as a communicator and speaker to make complex knowledge accessible and easy to understand. She connects theory with real-world experience, inspires people, and encourages audiences to learn and create meaningful transformation from within—whether in the areas of leadership, human capital development, knowledge management, capacity building, or the creation of a culture of peace. Perhaps what most clearly reflects Dr. Yingrudee's character is her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning. She continuously studies diverse fields of knowledge, both academic disciplines and traditional wisdom, in her search for new approaches to developing human potential and improving quality of life. Her ultimate purpose is to create value for society rather than pursue personal benefit. However, if I were to identify Dr. Yingrudee's most outstanding quality, I would say that she is a “Practitioner” rather than merely a theorist. Her ideas are developed through study, experimentation, implementation, and continuous improvement until they can be applied effectively in diverse contexts. She is willing to dedicate her time, abilities, and personal resources to supporting the work of government agencies, the private sector, educational institutions, communities, and the public, driven by her aspiration to see the nation progress and people's quality of life improve. Over the past several years, I have also witnessed her vision expand beyond national development toward international cooperation through the concepts of MasterPeace, Kingdom of Life, Heaven on Earth, and One World Family. These ideas reflect her belief that sustainable peace can be achieved when people begin by developing themselves, respecting one another's inherent value, and working together to create a better world for future generations. I believe that this vision is not merely an ideal. Rather, it is an extension of the extensive experience Dr. Yingrudee has accumulated throughout her life in human development, social development, and the creation of collaborative networks. These experiences have evolved into a comprehensive vision that systematically connects the development of individuals, society, nations, and the global community. Based on my experience of working with her, I am firmly convinced that Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee is one of Thailand's outstanding individuals, possessing knowledge, ability, integrity, vision, and a deep spirit of dedication. She has the capacity to bring together knowledge, innovation, culture, and human values to create meaningful benefits for the nation and extend them toward greater cooperation within the international community. Above all, I believe that her work is not focused merely on the success of any single project. Rather, it seeks to establish a foundation of hope, understanding, and lasting peace, grounded in the belief that: “Sustainable development must begin with the development of people. When human beings are developed in a balanced and holistic way, nations become stronger, and the world can move together toward lasting peace.” I therefore express my deepest admiration and respect for Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee, and I offer my sincere encouragement for her continued success in every mission she undertakes—to help create a society filled with compassion, a strong and stable nation, and a global community founded upon understanding, cooperation, and lasting peace. With the highest respect,

DR. MICHAEL TAN (Singapore) A Journey of Purpose, Resilience, and Universal Peace In an era marked by profound global transitions and complex societal divides, true leadership is defined not merely by ambition, but by an enduring devotion to the higher ideals of humanity. It has been my distinct honor and privilege to work closely alongside Dr. Yingrudee and to witness firsthand a leader whose life and work embody the purest essence of selfless service, reconciliation, and holistic healing. Dr. Yingrudee’s commitment to her vision—serving her Monarchy, her nation, its people, and the broader cause of global peace—is truly beyond words. What sets her journey apart is the extraordinary resilience with which she carries this mandate. Often moving forward without conventional support and navigating formidable challenges, she has met every obstacle with quiet strength, unwavering focus, and meticulous dedication. Working diligently day and night, she has poured her intellect, compassion, and energy into formulating a comprehensive blueprint for global harmony and human well-being. The principles championed by the World Peace Award—reconciliation, the celebration of global diversity, and the steadfast dedication to human dignity—find vibrant expression in Dr. Yingrudee’s life's work. Her approach recognizes that enduring peace cannot exist in isolation; it must be cultivated through the harmonious integration of tradition, cultural heritage, and modern innovation. Whether through fostering constructive dialogue or championing wellness and social upliftment, her efforts bridge diverse communities across continents. This book stands as a testament to that tireless pursuit. It offers more than theoretical discourse; it provides a tangible, actionable framework for unity, healing, and mutual understanding that honors the rich heritage of every culture it touches. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Yingrudee on the launch of this monumental publication. May its pages inspire leaders, communities, and future generations worldwide to walk the path of harmony, service, and lasting peace. Best Regards,

THONGROB DANAMPAI. (Former Chairman of the Board of Directors, Islamic Bank of Thailand, Member of the Thai Human Capital Strategy Team, Strategist in Human Capital Development and Knowledge Management, with extensive experience in strategic policy and human-capacity development across the public and social sectors) Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee A Thought Leader in “Thai Human Capital” for Human Development and World Peace In a world undergoing rapid transformation driven by technology, artificial intelligence, economic volatility, international conflicts, and environmental crises, perhaps the most important question facing humanity is not simply, “How can we make economies grow?” but rather, “How can we develop human beings so that they can live together with dignity, fulfillment, happiness, and peace?” For this reason, I believe that the ideas and contributions of Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee are particularly significant in the search for answers to the challenges of the modern world. As a member of the Thai Human Capital Strategy team, I have witnessed her approach, which does not regard people merely as resources for production or as economic forces. Instead, she views human beings as capital of intrinsic value—possessing intelligence, compassion, wisdom, morality, culture, and the potential to contribute meaningfully to society and humanity. The concept of “Thai Human Capital” is therefore not simply about developing skills or enhancing competitiveness. It represents a broader understanding that human beings must remain at the center of development, and that genuine development must encompass the body, knowledge, mind, morality, and relationships between people. What I particularly admire is that Dr. Yingrudee does not stop at presenting ideas. She actively connects knowledge, wisdom, Thai identity, leadership development, knowledge management, strategy, and life design to create a new framework of thinking that places greater emphasis on human value rather than measuring success solely through material achievement. In my view, this represents an important paradigm shift—from Human as Economic Resource toward Human as Human Capital, Wisdom Capital, and Spiritual Capital; and from a model of national development based primarily on material and economic growth toward a human-centered approach in which the human spirit forms the foundation of development. In an era when artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly influential in almost every aspect of life, the question of “what it means to be human” will become even more important. If machines can calculate faster than us, perform more tasks than us, and possess access to more information than us, then perhaps what human beings need to develop most is not merely their ability to work, but their wisdom, morality, compassion, responsibility, and capacity to live peacefully with others. I therefore believe that Dr. Yingrudee's approach can make a meaningful contribution to emerging global development thinking. In essence, true development is not about creating a world with the greatest wealth, but about creating a world with human beings of the greatest value. When human beings recognize their own value, they can create families of value, societies of value, nations of value, and ultimately, a world grounded in peace. I believe that a “spiritual leader” in the 21st century does not necessarily have to be a religious leader. Rather, it can be someone who enables people to rediscover the value of life, recognize the value of others, and understand their own responsibility toward the world. For this reason, I believe that Dr. Yingrudee Phumisiriratnawadee deserves international recognition as one of the advocates of Human-Centered Development, Spiritual Leadership, and Peaceful Humanity, and that she merits consideration for an international award recognizing spiritual leadership and transformative contributions to humanity, should an appropriate global platform or organization be available. Such a nomination would not merely honor an individual. It would also demonstrate to Thai society and the international community that Thailand possesses knowledge, wisdom, and thinkers who are offering new perspectives and potential answers to the challenges facing the world. These answers do not begin with competition, but with human value. They do not begin with power, but with responsibility. They do not begin with wealth, but with happiness and meaning in life. And they do not seek merely to develop nations, but to create a human society in which people live together through wisdom, morality, and peace. At a time when the world is searching for a “new kind of leadership,” I believe Dr. Yingrudee's ideas deserve to move beyond the limited circle of those who already know her work and into the broader awareness of Thai society and the international community. Together, we should consider whether human development may be one of the most important strategies for the world in the 21st century. I offer these words with deep admiration and faith in the value of her ideas, her determination, and her lifelong dedication to the development of humanity and society. With sincere admiration and respect,

DR. KAMPON SRIWATANAKUL (Chairman, Thailand Charter of Health Thailand) It is with great honor and profound respect that I endorse Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi on the distinguished occasion of her receiving the Stockholm Peace Prize Award in Sweden on 23 August 2026. Dr. Yingrudee is an accomplished leader whose academic foundation encompasses Economics, Marketing, Communication, and Knowledge Management. This multidisciplinary background has enabled her to integrate strategic thinking, human-centered communication, social development, and innovative knowledge into initiatives dedicated to improving individual and collective well-being. Her commitment to public service has been demonstrated through her contribution as an Advisor to Thailand’s Royal Volunteer Center, where she supported activities inspired by volunteerism, social responsibility, compassion, and service to society. Over the past decade, Dr. Yingrudee has devoted herself to pioneering new approaches in holistic health, wellness, longevity, human development, and peaceful living. Her work reflects the conviction that sustainable peace is not merely the absence of conflict, but a state in which individuals and communities can experience health, dignity, harmony, compassion, and happiness. This vision has led her to establish and develop several pioneering initiatives, including Master Peace, Heaven on Earth, Elyworld, and Kingdom of Life Ecosystems. Through these endeavors, she has sought to create platforms and communities that connect human well-being with social harmony, conscious living, environmental responsibility, and peaceful coexistence. At the heart of Dr. Yingrudee's life's work is a determination to contribute toward “Peace on Earth and Happiness for Humanity.” She recognizes that lasting peace must begin within individuals and extend outward—to families, communities, nations, and ultimately the global community. Her dedication to holistic health and longevity further reflects an important dimension of peace: people who enjoy physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being are better positioned to build compassionate, resilient, and peaceful societies. Her work therefore represents a meaningful bridge between health, human happiness, sustainable development, and peace. The Stockholm Peace Prize Award 2026 is a fitting recognition of Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi's sustained commitment to these ideals. Her journey demonstrates how visionary leadership, knowledge, compassion, and service can be transformed into practical initiatives for the betterment of humanity. On this distinguished occasion in Stockholm, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi and commend her for her dedication to creating a world where health, happiness, compassion, and peace can flourish together. May this recognition strengthen her determination and inspire her to continue building bridges among people, cultures, communities, and nations in pursuit of a more peaceful and harmonious world. With highest respect and warmest congratulations

PATCHARA DEEHAMHAE (Working Committee Thai Human Capital Strategy) Tribute to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi — A Visionary Who Connects Heritage and Shapes the Future of Humanity It is with profound admiration and heartfelt gratitude that I write this tribute to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi, affectionately known as “Dr. New – Thainess.” Having had the privilege of working closely with her for nearly twenty years across government, private sector, national, and international initiatives, I have witnessed firsthand not only her remarkable professional achievements but also the extraordinary depth of her character, vision, and unwavering commitment to humanity. Dr. Yingrudee is an economist whose vision extends far beyond economics. She possesses a rare ability to think systematically and strategically while maintaining a heart filled with compassion, humility, and genuine care for others. Her analytical mind is balanced by profound empathy, enabling her to integrate logic with humanity in ways that are both practical and inspiring. Her love for Thailand is deep and unwavering. Yet, that patriotism has never limited her worldview. Instead, she embraces all people equally, believing that every culture contributes to the richness of humanity. She has never positioned herself within divisions or conflicts; rather, she has consistently served as a bridge—connecting strong cultural roots with an expansive global vision. Long before “soft power” became widely recognized, Dr. Yingrudee understood that Thailand’s greatest wealth lies not merely in its natural resources or economy, but in its people, culture, wisdom, compassion, and values. She recognized that many Thais had gradually forgotten the treasures already embedded within their own heritage. Through decades of dedicated work, she has sought to rediscover, revitalize, and elevate Thai culture into what she calls human intellectual capital—a national asset capable of generating sustainable economic value, strengthening society, and contributing meaningfully to the world. Throughout more than three decades of public service, Dr. Yingrudee has undertaken numerous significant roles. She founded and directed the Thai Human Capital Strategy Institute, pioneered visionary initiatives including Kingdom of Life, ELY World Ecosystem, and the Life Design Institution, all dedicated to integrating science, human development, spirituality, innovation, and sustainability into one comprehensive framework for human flourishing. She has also served as an advisor and distinguished expert to numerous respected organizations, including the Royal Volunteer Spirit Headquarters, the Army Strategic Research and Development Institute, the National Defence College Foundation, the Thai Senate as Honorary Advisor, and the Thai Defence Industry Association. In addition, she has provided strategic communication and national campaign consultation to numerous ministries—including the Ministries of Public Health, Natural Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Cooperatives, and Transport—as well as leading organizations such as Thai Airways, PTT, Bangkok Airways, internationally renowned advertising agencies, and many other public institutions. Beyond policy and strategy, Dr. Yingrudee has also used music as a powerful instrument for social transformation. She has composed patriotic and inspirational songs such as “Tell Thailand I Love You,” “Embrace the Thai People,” “A Promise to Our Father,” and “Royal Volunteers: We Do Good with All Our Hearts,” among many others, inspiring unity, gratitude, national pride, and volunteerism. What has impressed me most throughout these years is that Dr. Yingrudee has never encouraged people to believe in her. Instead, she teaches people to believe in themselves. She consistently reminds us that every human being is a gift from the universe—born with wisdom, compassion, courage, creativity, and unconditional love already residing within. According to her philosophy, peace is not something we wait for; peace is something we become. Heaven on Earth is not a destination after death, but a reality we consciously create together through the way we live, serve, and care for one another. Every framework she has developed—including MasterPeace™, the EFV Blueprint, the 22 Oracle Gates, the Chakra Integration System, the Ten Dimensions of Life, and the Seven Days–Seven Emotional Frequencies Framework within the ELY World Ecosystem—shares one common purpose: helping people remember their authentic selves and awaken the greatness that has always existed within. Dr. Yingrudee has never been merely a dreamer. She is a visionary who transforms ideas into practical systems. Her work forms an integrated framework that connects personal transformation, spiritual growth, national development, and global peace into one coherent model. Every theory is accompanied by practical tools, enabling individuals, organizations, and communities to apply these principles in everyday life. I have personally witnessed her make extraordinary sacrifices. She chose to leave promising international opportunities in order to return and serve Thailand during periods of national crisis. She initiated the “Love Thailand Movement” to promote reconciliation and unity when political divisions threatened the country’s social fabric. She has devoted countless hours advising government agencies, educational institutions, and military organizations without seeking personal recognition or financial reward. Her ultimate aspiration has never been personal success. Her vision is far greater: “When Thai people rediscover their own wisdom and potential, they will stand confidently on their own—and Thailand, in turn, will become a precious gift to the world.” She often reminds those around her: “I exist because we exist.” “We are One World Family.” These are not simply inspiring words. They are principles by which she lives every day. Throughout nearly two decades of working alongside her, I have come to see Dr. Yingrudee as an economist whose intellect reaches toward the future while her heart remains firmly rooted in compassion; as a devoted daughter of Thailand who tirelessly uncovers, preserves, and elevates the nation’s cultural heritage; as a teacher who does not ask others to follow her but encourages each individual to rediscover their own inner wisdom; as a visionary who turns bold dreams into practical realities; and as a bridge between nations, cultures, traditions, and humanity itself. She demonstrates that one can deeply love one’s homeland while embracing the entire human family, honoring one’s own cultural identity while respecting the diversity of all civilizations. Above all, she reminds us that every human being is, indeed, a precious gift from the universe. If I were to summarize Dr. Yingrudee in a single sentence, it would be this: “A courageous woman with a mind open to the world, a heart deeply rooted in her homeland, and an unwavering belief that the greatest power in existence is not found outside ourselves—but within the human heart.” With my deepest respect and admiration,

SUWAN SOMSUB (Retired Government Official, Kingdom of Thailand) In Honor of Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of following the work and lifelong dedication of Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi in the field of human capital development. Throughout these years, I have witnessed her unwavering commitment to the intrinsic value and dignity of every human being. Dr. Yingrudee firmly believes that every person carries within them the seeds of goodness—kindness, compassion, generosity, integrity, and genuine goodwill toward others. These virtues are never truly lost; rather, they are often obscured by the pressures of modern life, fear, distraction, selfishness, or a lack of mindfulness and moral awareness. It is this profound conviction that has inspired her to devote her life to creating learning processes, educational initiatives, and social movements that awaken the goodness already present within people’s hearts. Her mission is to help individuals rediscover their own inherent worth and empower them to translate these virtues into meaningful actions in their daily lives. Throughout her work, I have observed that Dr. Yingrudee’s objective extends far beyond the transfer of knowledge. Her greater aspiration is to cultivate consciousness—a deeper awareness of oneself and one’s responsibility toward others and society. She believes that when individuals develop mindfulness, compassion, and social responsibility, human relationships naturally become more harmonious. Understanding replaces misunderstanding, forgiveness overcomes resentment, generosity flourishes, and communities become stronger through mutual care and support. One remarkable example of this philosophy in action is her campaign to foster a culture of courtesy and compassion among road users. Through this initiative, she has encouraged drivers to respect one another, willingly give way, reduce speed, and prioritize the safety and wellbeing of fellow travelers. Such simple yet meaningful acts of consideration contribute not only to safer roads but also to a more caring and cooperative society. What I admire most about Dr. Yingrudee is her extraordinary dedication, selfless service, and steadfast belief that meaningful social transformation begins with the transformation of the human heart. She has consistently demonstrated that when individuals choose to live with compassion, honesty, generosity, empathy, and responsibility—and practice these virtues consistently in everyday life—society naturally becomes warmer, more trusting, and more peaceful. I firmly believe that Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi’s vision and mission are far more than social campaigns or development projects. They represent a comprehensive framework for human development in the twenty-first century—one that places equal importance on moral values, wisdom, innovation, and collaboration among people of every race, religion, culture, and nation. Through her knowledge, professional excellence, visionary leadership, and unwavering spirit of public service, Dr. Yingrudee has become an inspiring example of a leader devoted to the betterment of humanity. She reminds us that lasting peace begins within the human heart and that every individual possesses the potential to become a source of hope and positive change for others. It is therefore with profound respect and admiration that I offer this tribute to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi as a woman of unwavering ideals, a visionary who has awakened people to the dignity and potential of humanity, and a devoted servant of society whose life’s work continues to advance peace, wellbeing, and a brighter future for Thailand and for the global community. May the blessings of the Triple Gem and all sacred powers continue to grant her good health, abundant strength, wisdom, and enduring success in her noble mission. May the seeds of goodness she has planted in the hearts of countless people continue to flourish, spreading compassion, peace, hope, and unity throughout our world for generations to come. With my deepest respect and sincere admiration.

PARICHART TAEPAN Tribute to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi Friendship… Though life may lead us along different paths, genuine friendship never fades. I first met Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi during our final year at Thammasat University in 1993. After graduation, we each pursued our own careers and life journeys, yet our friendship remained strong. Through the years, we continued to exchange ideas, encourage one another, and seek each other’s counsel during both joyful and challenging times. Looking back over more than three decades of friendship, I have witnessed Dr. Yingrudee’s unwavering determination, compassionate heart, and remarkable courage. She has consistently chosen a path of service—dedicating her life to fostering peace, reconciliation, and harmony within Thai society. What has always touched me most is that her commitment has never been driven by recognition or personal gain. Instead, she has willingly carried the burdens, misunderstandings, and even the suffering that often accompany those who strive to unite people during times of division. Her deepest wish has always been to see our nation heal through compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. Even when society became deeply polarized by differing opinions, Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi never allowed conflict to harden her heart. She remained steadfast in her convictions, choosing kindness over hostility, dialogue over confrontation, and hope over despair. She has always worked with sincerity, humility, and a pure heart, expecting nothing in return. There were many occasions when Dr. Yingrudee called me during moments of exhaustion or discouragement. Together, we always arrived at the same simple truth: each of us has a duty to cultivate mindfulness, act with wisdom and integrity, and let go of what lies beyond our control. We should continue to walk in the footsteps and follow the teachings of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (King Rama IX)—serving others with compassion, perseverance, and righteousness. Today, when I reflect upon her life’s journey, I see not only a lifelong friend, but a woman who has devoted herself to something far greater than personal success. She has reminded many of us that lasting peace begins within each human heart, and that even one person, guided by love and determination, can inspire hope and positive change in countless lives. May Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi continue to inspire future generations to believe in the power of compassion, reconciliation, and selfless service. Friendship. Nature. Peace. With love, admiration, and heartfelt care,

REAR ADMIRAL CHATTAPHET KAMUEANG (Deputy Chief of Naval Ordnance Department Royal Thai Navy) Tribute to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi Today’s world is facing unprecedented challenges. Economic uncertainty, political conflicts, environmental crises, rapid technological change, social inequality, and growing ideological divisions have created increasing instability and anxiety across societies. These challenges have raised one fundamental question for humanity: How can we build a peaceful, secure, and sustainable future for generations to come? As a Royal Thai Navy officer, I have had the privilege of studying, listening to, and participating in the advancement of the Thai Human Capital Strategy developed by Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi. Through this opportunity, I have come to appreciate her far-reaching vision and her profound belief that the true foundation of national security lies in developing people through patriotism, moral values, cultural identity, unity, and responsible citizenship. These principles, in my view, form the cornerstone of Thailand’s sustainable development and long-term national resilience. Through attending her lectures, studying her strategic framework, and engaging in meaningful discussions with her, I have come to realize that the Thai Human Capital Strategy is far more than an academic concept. It is a comprehensive national development framework that integrates human development, leadership, governance, cultural wisdom, and the enduring values of Thai society into a practical strategy for strengthening the nation from within. Its ultimate objective is to build a society founded upon stability, harmony, and sustainable prosperity. What has impressed me most is Dr. Yingrudee’s unwavering loyalty to the Nation, Religion, and the Monarchy, together with her sincere dedication to serving the public interest. She firmly believes that lasting national security cannot rely solely on military strength, technology, or economic growth. Rather, it must begin with the development of people—individuals who possess integrity, compassion, civic responsibility, and a deep awareness of their value to their families, communities, and nation. I firmly believe that if the principles and strategic framework developed by Dr. Yingrudee are more widely studied and applied by public institutions, private organizations, educational institutions, and governments, they can make a significant contribution to strengthening human capital, promoting social harmony, enhancing national resilience, and supporting sustainable development. Moreover, this strategic approach offers valuable insights that may benefit not only Thailand but also other nations seeking balanced and people-centered models of development. The international recognition bestowed upon Dr. Yingrudee is therefore not merely a personal achievement. It represents an important opportunity for her vision and strategic contributions to be shared with the global community, allowing Thailand to contribute its wisdom and experience toward building a more peaceful and sustainable world. I am confident that through her knowledge, integrity, vision, and unwavering commitment, Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi will continue to serve as a bridge that fosters understanding, cooperation, and mutual respect among people from diverse cultures and nations. Her work has the potential to inspire meaningful progress toward a future characterized by peace, security, and sustainable development for all humanity. I extend my heartfelt congratulations, deepest respect, and sincere admiration to Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi. May her lifelong dedication continue to inspire people around the world, and may the vision and strategies she has devoted herself to developing become a lasting contribution to Thailand and to humanity. With my highest respect,
